A rejuvenating onsen experience

The onsen facilities were a delightful surprise, offering a clean and relaxing environment. The location made exploring Matsue's rich culture easy, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating.

Soundproofing issues from neighboring rooms were noticeable, and the limited TV channels didn't help unwind after a long day. The wait for the lifts was occasionally frustrating during peak hours.

Parking not clear on website!!! Guests forced to seek parking info upon arrival, which is frustrating!!! Red blanket color choice on the bed is quite jarring!!! It would help to mention parking details beforehand!!!

i had an amazing stay at green rich hotel matsue station across, artificial hot spring futamata yunohana. it exceeded my expectations with spacious, clean rooms and a comfy bed, making my holiday a true relaxation. the onsen was a delightful touch that added to the overall experience during my visit to matsue.

Great location right across from the train station, making it super easy to get around. The view from the 10th floor was fantastic, especially with all the lighting options in the room. I appreciated the numerous electrical outlets at the desk and bedside, which were handy for charging devices. The breakfast spread was enjoyable, with both tasty coffee and green tea available. However, the room had some issues. the air conditioning could not fully combat the heat, and I found it overly warm due to the thick comforter. The laundry facilities were a bit of a letdown as well, being the most expensive I've encountered during my travels. Lastly, the breakfast area became congested when too many guests filled the space at once, so timing was key to avoid this. Overall, I'd recommend going for breakfast after 8:30 for a better experience.

I had a lovely stay! The onsen was fantastic and the spacious room came with nice amenities. However, the dryers in the laundry didn't work well. I'd definitely return.

The Green Rich Hotel Matsue Station Across offered a fantastic stay with modern amenities and excellent location. The onsen added a unique touch, while the staff's kindness truly stood out.

The location is superb, right across from the Matsue JR Rail station, making it a breeze to explore the area! The breakfast buffet was a delightful mix of Japanese and Western dishes. Plus, the laundry room with a machine status monitor on the TV was a clever touch.
